Why choose us

Why industries choose our corrosion protection coatings

Process plants expose steel and concrete to chemical attack, moisture and wear. A coating only protects as well as the surface under it, so our corrosion protection starts with abrasive blasting and ends with a multi-coat anti-corrosive system applied by our own crews.

Surface preparation first Sandblasting removes rust, scale and old paint so coatings bond.

Systems matched to the site Epoxy, polyurethane and other coatings chosen for the environment.

Checked after application Finished coatings are tested against the required specification.

Supervised crews Foremen and skilled painters work to our quality procedures.

Modern equipment High-pressure blasting units and spray machines for even coverage.

One team, start to finish Audit, blasting, coating and scaffolding handled together.

FAQ

Industrial painting services: your questions answered

Straight answers on industrial painting, sandblasting and protective coatings. Need something specific? Ask us.

What industrial painting services do you offer?

We provide industrial painting and anti-corrosive protective coatings for steel and concrete, abrasive blasting (sandblasting) for surface preparation, epoxy and PU flooring, waterproofing, decorative painting for homes and buildings, and MS scaffolding erection for safe access at height.

Why is sandblasting needed before painting steel?

A coating can only hold as well as the surface under it. Abrasive blasting removes rust, scale and old paint, and gives steel a rough profile that helps the paint grip. Most coating failures trace back to poor surface preparation.

What is airless spray painting?

Airless spray painting pumps paint at high pressure through a small nozzle so it atomises without compressed air. It gives fast, even coverage on large steel and concrete surfaces. We use airless spray machines, both pneumatic and electric.

Which paint brands do you work with?

We apply coatings from leading brands and are authorised applicators for Berger Paints and Asian Paints. We help match the product to the surface and the conditions it will face.

Can you paint concrete as well as steel?

Yes. We apply protective coatings on both steel and concrete, from anti-corrosive systems on steel structures and tanks to epoxy and PU coatings on concrete floors.

What is the difference between epoxy and polyurethane (PU) coatings?

Epoxy is a two-part resin coating with strong adhesion and chemical resistance, often used as a primer or mid coat. Polyurethane has high UV stability and abrasion resistance, so it is often used as a topcoat over epoxy.

Where do you carry out painting and coating work?

We are based in Ankleshwar and take on industrial painting and coating projects across Gujarat and all over India.

How do I get a quote for an industrial painting job?

Use the contact page or call +91 84600 37118 with the type of structure, its location and the condition of the surface. A site inspection is often needed before a firm quotation.
